What we did
Fluxx set out a strategy and brought to life a vision for a stand-out user experience and increased commercialisation of one of the most successful national newspapers in the world. We also instigated a number of new internal innovation initiatives, and set up and ran a digital journalism incubator developing new products based on existing organisational assets.
