Access Aspiration: Business Insights workshops
Access Aspiration is an employability programme designed to provide career support and guidance for 16-24 year old young Londoners who are making key decisions about their future careers.
We held a number of hands-on workshops that gave the young adults practical experience of responding to a client problem, applying some tools to real-world problems just as we do for our clients.
InHouse records
Transforming the prison service through music
67% of offenders reoffend - we are helping InHouse Records reduce that. The initial challenge for this year-old startup was ‘speed of growth’ (which isn’t a bad thing at all).
As a team, we mapped InHouse’s key customers and the service that they provide within prisons before identifying an opportunity upon an offender’s release as part of probation. This one-day workshop gave InHouse Records a clear articulation of what their services currently provide and where there’s opportunity for further impact, whether leveraging InHouse Records as part of probation or a totally different proposition altogether...
Charter School East Dulwich
Designing a different approach to education
An open-ended brief ‘what could the space in our new school be like to encourage entrepreneurial thinking and engage the wider community.’
We’ve helped them research the community and user requirements (adults and students) plus, via co-creation workshops, we’ve defined territories to begin the process of generating propositions.
Auditory Verbal UK
Creating a sound future for deaf children
There are over 7000 profoundly deaf kids in the UK. AVUK wanted to maximise and increase engagement with families of deaf children to improve ways of working within the team.
We ran a collaborative one-day workshop bringing the team together to map their end-to-end customer journey. This highlighted areas for improvement and created a backlog of enablers for the team to focus on, particularly around coaching them in the Agile methodology to improve communication and delivery.
The Visionaries
Equipping a purposeful adulthood
A startup wanting to ‘equip the next generation for a purposeful adulthood’. By creating a nature-based programme with, at its heart, a rite of passage 12-hour nature ‘solo’ they aim to encourage societal and environmental consciousness.
Being a very early stage startup we’ve encouraged them to research and define the needs of the target markets to help hone their proposition to be ‘pitch-ready’.
Creative projects helping the homeless
7500 people sleep on the streets of London each year. To satisfy their creative hunger and make an impact for the homeless, 4bySix needed clarity on how much weight the charitable component held in their brand. Fashion label helping the homeless on the side? Or charity raising funds through fashion? To do this they needed to know who their customers actually were.
We mentored and equipped them with the tools and techniques to find out who their customers were and balance their fashion/charity brand image.
